RATES
Rates are largely determined by the actual service offered. Sessions are generally 45-60 minutes. This subject will be discussed prior to your receiving service. Different insurances contract with providers with agreed upon fees that may vary from one insurance company to the next. Your out-of-pocket amount will also vary depending upon your benefit package. You may wish to contact your insurance provider for details concerning your policy and benefits. Ultimately, you will be responsible for all fees, but we will submit charges to your insurance company directly for those insurances accepted.

Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance shall be assessed no fee. Those canceled the same day may be assessed a $40 fee and those missed may be assessed a $60 fee (exceptions may be made for extreme circumstances). It is requested that clients expect to pay for services when rendered. Non-payment, delayed
payment and repeated billing for delinquent accounts will only result in increased fees for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation and consideration.

Payment
Payment preferred by cash or check to reduce fees. Credit/debit cards now accepted.
